"Information technology's like someone giving us a cardinal to their home," she said. "We have established a relationship here and they have not forgotten united states of america and they are making certain nosotros feel welcome."
The bill of fare, while issued at APG, tin be used at any Regular army base. The badge is uniform with Automated Installation Entry systems and information technology will ultimately supercede the DA Form 1602 once all installations receive AIE capability. AIE implementation is projected to occur over the next 2 to three fiscal years, as of February 2019.

Surviving family members who already have a war machine identification card, such as a Common Access Menu or DD Form 1173, are not eligible for this badge. The survivor access bluecoat does not provide any additional benefits or entitlements not already authorized to that surviving family member, such every bit commissary or Army and Air Force Substitution Service privileges. The card is not eligible for use under the Trusted Traveler plan.
